The Good Girl Complex by Elle Kennedy (2022 fiction)

Elle Kennedy does not disappoint with this contemporary romance! She sets the scene early on in a tale as old as time: a quiet beach town engaged in a battle between the tight-knit locals and the wealthy tourists and college students. However, the tense setting is the last predictable thing about this romantic read. From a revenge bet to finding one’s voice and what it means to feel at home. Mackenzie (Mac) and Cooper Hartley’s love story is one for the books (pun intended).
